I have a question about the app and our Prayer Chain section. Right now when someone submits a new prayer request for approval, the author's name is optional and if they don't put anything in that field it comes through as anonymous.

We are wondering if there is a way to make the name field required, but then also add a box they can checkmark if they would like to remain anonymous.

We have had several times where anonymous requests have come through and we were a bit hesitant to publish them. We also would like to know who turns in the request so if we decide to not publish it, we can let them know and that we are having just our prayer team pray and not the ones signed up for the prayer chain.
