Rather than have multiple areas for members; giving, app, website, events and CHMS, with all of the difficulties for users of remembering where to get a particular feature, why not have one integrated Member Area that has all member related capabilities in the the background and lets the users decide which way they want to gain access to the Member Area. That would be through the website, the app, or even the CHMS. Not everyone has a smartphone.
