Hello Church Apps Customers,
It is becoming more and more popular for applications requiring a login to offer email links, social media accounts and Apple/Google links to login directly to the application without resetting their user password. Tithely is continually working to meet/match industry standards so that our users can experience the same ease of use that other applications offer.
Your members now have several ways to log into their church account in the app.
Email and Password
- members inputting their user name and password can still use that method to login.Email link
- users can input their email address and we will send an email to them with a link that when tapped will sign them in to the app. This is really helpful when members forget their password. They do not need to reset the password, we just connect all the dots behind the scenes and log them in as long as they use the email address that is connected to their account - they are logged in.Facebook
- members can now log in using their Facebook account.Apple
- if using an iPhone, users can now log in using their Apple ID information.Google
- if using an Android device, users can now log in using their Google login information.
