Other than just ticket number and event details - would be helpful if we were able to set up customised information on the Ticket ie:
* Which entrance to come to
* Where to park/not to park
* Where the drop off for the kids conference is
* Where are the food truck located etc
* Reminder about social distancing
Then they have all this information in their pocket/printed out and not having to go back to the website to look up information as they are approaching the event as all our conferences are off site and held at Event venues etc

I would like to see them flexible to add graphic, and other information about the event and perhaps a footer where basic church info could be included. We used to use Yapsody.com for tickets.

Stewart Polley: sure. situation is a registration form that is linked with an event, where tickets are sent out by email to the people filling out the form. We need these tickets to be adaptable in a way that we can include informations gathered by the form. For example name, chosen workshop, kids age group, lunch preferences, etc...

A follow up question would be "Why does this need to be on the ticket" though?
If you've got the data already, why does it have to be printed on the ticket?
You can export the form submissions to ensure all staff/volunteers have the information they may need.

Stewart Polley: We want to inform people on how they applied for our conference or other events. It would be very helpful to print some information on the ticket like the workshop they singed up for or lunch information. Basically the informations we gathered by the application form.
At the moment we have to send out emails with thes information, which is kind of complicated for a larger group.
It would be very helpful to be able to include this information directly on the ticket.

This would be wonderful. Currently the tickets do very little other than being collectable at the event. Having the information on the ticket and tied to an event sign in feature would really make this useful!
