Electronic signature for form submissions

I would like to have a way to create an electronic signature in a form, so we can have parents to fill out a wavier form and E-sign it. In that case, we can keep the students waiver form with their profile in the db for each academic year.

When it comes to E-sign, there are some compliance and legalities behind it so it may be harder to implement than some might think or to at least offer it. It would be nice to see, but it doesn't surprise me this hasn't been implemented since the initial suggestion in 2019.

bumping it again! It would be so helpful to have this or at least an upload a file function to forms - with Safe Churches and compliance required this is something churches need!

This would be an incredibly helpful feature so we can create legally signed forms for volunteer screening/child permissions etc. Any news on this Elvanto?

A scribble signature box would be incredibly useful in signing code of conduct forms, enrolment forms etc. This would streamline required documents.

There would be many benefits to having the capability to add a digital signature field to a form, especially in the case of legal disclaimers and agreements.
