For free events, I do not wish to send invoices out to users, even if it says it is free on the invoice. It will confuse and distress some people.

Please include an choice to make invoices optional.

Invoices and tickets can now be disabled for free events with registration! New settings added to events > invoices.

Anna Navarro: it would have been noce to separate these two options. So that we could send tickets without invoices.
For church services we need to deliver a ticket, but the event is free so that no invoice is needed.
Would it be possible to change that?

ICF Schaffhausen: Hi, thank you for the feedback and suggestion. These two items are joined in our system and therefore we are not able to separate these items. If using this new option, guests can still reserve a ticket, but will not be emailed a copy of the ticket in a PDF.

Anna Navarro: So how does anyone know they are actually registered? I mean it’s an event registration, it’s free therefore no invoice (logical), but also no ticket?? (illogical).

The ability to bypass the system from sending an invoice and/ or tickets to people to registered with the registration form (not the standard form). Like while creating a registration form, have a check box to indicate if an invoice or a ticket should be sent.

1) Ability to turn off invoices - sometimes not necessary
2) Ability to turn off sending of tickets - not always needed
3) Ability to turn off sending of any email - in case of custom email

We had to use a google form instead of our church management system because the invoice and physical tickets were confusing. During this pandemic season this would be a great feature.

We want to use Events for people to register to come to church, but don't want any language of money nor 'invoices'.
Please:
1) Have an ability to change the language and loose any dollar figures anywhere in the booking process

Thanks for the new functionnality to hide the price column on event register formular.
But the system send an invoice anyway and the members does not understand what to do with it ?
Could you please deactivate this invoice if price is hidden ?
