Update Admin Batch Giving Feature

I own a bookkeeping service which works with churches, and have come across several ChMS/Giving platforms.
Your Admin Batch giving is very cumbersome to use when compared to platforms like Planning Center Online Giving and Breeze (among others).
I would recommend updating this with an actual dashboard type feature which allows the person entering counting sheets manually, to see a running total as you go.
Also, it would be super nice to have some batch defaults set, so we don't have to enter the same information on every single entry (date, cash/check, and check date).

It would save time to have each cash and check donation to operate more like an excel spread sheet. Each row for a specific donor and then have a running total to double check work. It would be great if each deposit could have multiple checks and cash donation under one date instead of entering this on every donation. The new admin batch giving that is coming out in Jan will not save that much time. Each donor on an individual box is not what is needed.

Would love it if batch giving forms were more user friendly. The forms are big and don’t allow for quick data entry of large number of givers. Also, the ability to import into tithely from a spreadsheet would Be great! Planning Center’s giving app manages batch giving in a super simple way, but they charge too much. Just A couple thoughts.

This is old, but still marked as planned. I would request to be able to add a feature that summarizes the entries so I have a check figure from my spreadsheet. AND it would be huge to be able to create a check/cash bank deposit in tithely that batch imports to QuickBooks the way that the credit card batches do.

Admin Batch Giving should be the same as giving. If you can give to more than one fund you should also be able to do this in Admin Batch giving. It takes a lot of time to put these in when you have to do it separately. It takes the giver 2 minutes to give. Admin Batch giving takes forever because you have to do it separately.

Also make it possible to enter towards multiple funds for each name. Currently you have to enter the person once for each fund they are donating too.

I absolutely agree with adding the ability to import from a spreadsheet :) It would make the data entry so much more efficient :)

Tithely greatly needs pdf reports. Who has the time to sort and format csv files? I need a bank deposit report in pdf format - I can't even attach my example here in pdf???

On batch entry donor information side, the drop-down scroll options for first and last name needs a highlight color that can be seen.

Each donor entry needs to advance the next donor entry to full screen. It's time consuming to pick up the mouse to scroll to next donor.
