Great news! Our new Pledge tool that launched within the last few months now allows Pledgers to log in, view pledge details, and update their Pledge and Recurring Gift(s).

We also built the new tool so that you can migrate Pledges over (though there is a bit of manual work). If you have questions about migrating an existing Pledge Campaign, please reach out to support@tithe.ly.

Also: Donors who already have Tithe.ly accounts should not be required to reenter contact information (if they already have that information in their accounts). They should be able to view/manage their pledge from their existing Tithe.ly accounts.
