Tax Statements Ability to Print on Both Sides per Donor

When I try to print all statements at once and I want to print on both sides for each giver, the printing job doesn't start a new print page for each giver. It consolidates so that statements overlap. I have to print each statement individually which is ridiculous. Any suggestions?

Hi Holly! My name is Kasey and I am one of the Product Managers on the Giving team here at Tithely. Thanks for taking to time to jump in here and provide your feedback. We love it!
It is great to hear that you find generating tax statements simple and easy. That is of course always our goal with all our products and features. For your feedback about the spacing and ability to format the document a bit more, that does make a lot of sense. We are always looking for opportunities to make our software tools even better, and will review your thoughts as a potential opportunity for next year.
You may already be aware of all the options and steps with generating and viewing/printing statements, but I would love to make sure you are equipped with all the information you may need.

Hi Judy! Thank you so much for reaching out here.
Can you clarify something for me? If you printed these one-sided instead of double-sided, are you still able to print all of these at once?
Thank you!
Julia

Julia Rhodes: Yes, I can print on 1 side and everything is fine. However, because of your layout on statements, a lot of our givers would have 4, 5, 6 pages of statements. This is why I need to be able to print on both sides.
