Please Add ability to have Multiple Accounts so we dont have to make transfers at the bank level but we could make the transfer before the weekly deposits within Tithe.ly

Many others offer drag and drop form builders. It'll be nice to have the option of fun edit and modify the non-essential on the giving page, like adding images, more drop boxes, comment and text input fields. This could also evolve to be used as an event registration forms builder.

It would be good to see some additional notifications or steps in place to make it harder for donors to give to the wrong church. Some suggestions would be: 1) adding a big popup confirming the change when someone chooses a church than what they last gave to; and 2) giving donors the option to set a default church that the app would default to every time.

Add the ability for admins to issue partial refunds to donors.

Because of the fees involved, we would like to see the system be able to allow someone giving by credit card to have the option to apply portions of that giving to different funds without having to do multiple transactions and incur the extra fees.

I tested the text to give for a client and received a reply message with the giving link. The reply text to my "give" message was somewhat confusing. Firstly, the link to complete your gift should either be a short-link or bitly OR just be embedded in a word, not written out in full. It looks amateur that way. Also, the message referenced emoji giving. This doesn't make sense at the reply message because my organization doesn't do emoji giving. This only makes sense for groups that have that as a giving option and thus shouldn't be part of the reply. The additional info texted to me after I made my gift was also a bit garbled. If I can suggest an update: Hi there! Click here to set up text giving and complete your gift to (church or nonprofit)! Then, once the test giving is set up and the first gift is made: Thank you! Now you can make any additional gifts to (church or nonprofit) by simply texting a dollar amount! You can event make your gift monthly. Just text "100" or "20 Monthly". It's that simple! Please Turn off Auto Chat for logged in users, as a logged in user I dont need the auto chat box to go live, make this go live when a logged in user clicks on the support link.

The Bank Deposit Report Format in 1.0 is much more concise and user-friendly than the one in 2.0. It contains all the info I need, whereas the new deposit report format does not. (This is a follow-up to my feedback from yesterday.) Thank you.

Would love the option to be able to select additional recurring giving dates. For instance I have a parishioner that would like to give twice a year. Now and again at the end of the year. I have to now remember to run her card at the end of the year because there is not an option such as this.

Currently, a donor who desires to give to multiple funds is required to create and sign in to their account. However, we have received donor feedback that this requirement is not made clear to first-time Tithe.ly users. The user must be signed in to even see that there exists an “Add Gift” option on the form. Therefore, I suggest one of the following changes be implemented: Option #1: Remove this requirement, allowing users to give to multiple funds without signing in to an account. (This would be my preference, if possible.) Option #2: Show the “Add Gift” button, but set it to be disabled until the user signs in to their account. Also, add an information button to the right of the disabled “Add Gift” button (similar to “Remember Me”). When a user clicks or hovers over the information button, then show some text stating that users must create and sign in to a free Tithe.ly account to enable the option.
