It would be great to have Emails as an option in the follow up section especially for first time guest. I know at another Church I worked for, we used TexInChurch and you were able to create a workflow that incorporated both sms and email. As well a feature that allow you to put a code that would automatically generate their name when sending sms or an email to streamline the communication/ follow up process.

Yes this is a great idea. I do have this on our radar as an upcoming feature - as soon as we are in development I will come back and update this post.

That's what we use now, and exactly how we do it. Hoping that Tithely Messaging can perhaps use TextInChurch for a while to gain some broader ideas about what can be done with Messaging.
