Allow positioning of file downloads

Currently, we can only attach file downloads in a page's editing section (the fab) which places it at the bottom of that page's main edits by default, above any added blocks. They are also all listed together. Several times I thought I would be handy to be able to separate downloads by explanatory text and even position them in blocks. It would also be nice if we could customize the "Download" label to say something else.

This isn't currently something we have on our roadmap, but we do watch trending posts on this platform so if this request is upvoted that helps our team understand what our customers really need and want.
That said, a great alternate way to link to a downloadable would be to create an unpublished page to upload all your files to. Then you can grab the link to the file download and then add the link to a button on the page you'd like to reference the file. This way you can build your page out with blocks and include your downloadable files throughout your content (not listing them just at the bottom of the page).
