Ability to reuse an existing blast

I send out reoccurring reminders using the blast functionality but it would be nice if I could use the existing blast instead of having to create a new one each time or use an exiting one as a template.

We send a weekly sms reminder for prayer at 8:30pm Wednesdays via conference call. I would like to automate this on weekly schedule.
