A simple payment plan option has been added. This can be turned on for events that are at least 2 months away.

If enabled and the registrant chooses, the total owed is split into 3 payments. The first payment taken at time of registration, with the next two payments to happen each month for two months.

Anyone registering with less than 2 months before the event will not have the option to use the payment plan.
