Separate the First and Last Name field into two fields for Event Registration

Need separate First and Last Name fields for Admin Batch. When I put in the names of a couple (John & Jane Doe) it populates first name w 'John' and last name with '& Jane Doe'

And it would be nice to enter last name first so your system can more easily find a previous donor for selection.
