Tithely Tax Statements - Windowed Envelope Support

"Tithely Tax Statements" does not currently allow support for "Windowed Envelopes".  If we use this system w/ the intent of mailing statements, how is this expected to work? 
Please add options for generating giving statements with windowed envelopes (#10) in mind.
