Unified Logins

Unify the logins between Tithe.ly and Elvanto so users don't have to maintain two separate accounts - this is super confusing for end-users and a headache for admins!

still waiting on the integration 2 years later. I can log in once, but have to keep separate databases for giving, people, and chms. I am about ready to give up and find another resource. It sounds great to have it all in one place but we are still running 3 different systems and don't have time for that. I don't want to go, so please get this integrated.

I agree, it's confusing enough as an Admin having to keep track of two accounts. Not to mention trying to explain it to the end users. One of our volunteers ended up creating three different Tithely products before finally getting access to the Media module.

Thithe.ly apparently bought out the company we were looking to have our Website hosted with. We are only paying for and using Sites.
It appears that everything else on Tithe.ly is irrelevant for sites with the exception of Media which now seems to be required for uploading photographs and images to the website.
I created my own administrative account to work on the church website so I would not have to use the senior pastors account. When I log into Tithely with my Admin account, I can access giving which the church is not using or a feature I should have access to even if the church were using Giving. I am denied access to Sites and told to purchase this option. This is not going to happen.
"Manage Administrators" should allow Administrators to delegate work to other Administrators in an organization, and this section should have granular security so that a person responsible for the Children's Ministry section of the website can't interfere with other sections of the website they are not responsible for.
Manage Administrators suggested that we could manage the Administrators for the Site product.

Hi David Porter. What you are describing is in the works. For now, each product still maintains it's own authorization and login. Please contact our support team for more information on how you can add more administrator accounts to your website.

What is the timing for full integration?
