Additional form fields in Keywords

We need the ability to add additional fields to the form builder within Messaging when using Keywords. Right now you can add additional fields in People, but those fields do not come across to the form builder when using Keywords. An example would be for school grade level for demographic purposes; similar to Elvanto currently.
Also we noticed that when you select martial status as 'married' when adding people manually, the field 'anniversary date' shows up. In the form builder for Keywords the 'anniversary date' field does not show up if a visitor selects 'married' from the 'martial status' field.

We are wanting to put our visitor's card and our church membership card on the KEYWORD, but it doesn't have all of the information we want on it. Key to that is anniversary date" as well as our custom field of 'I'd like for the Pastor to call me' or 'I'd like more information about...' All I can do is say "please put .... info in the comments field." And if they do, that's great. But who will??
