Can we have a completely custom response to keywords? For example, we need to have a signup for an event but need more info than what the template form provides

Would like the option to customize the automated text message response to a keyword. Do like the mandated feature of only having a form response to text message keyword. This feature is available on other church messaging platforms.

hi Folks - thank you to each of you who provided feedback on this. We are currently reviewing Keywords and providing you with the option to either send a SMS with customized text which could include a clickable URL OR use it the way we currently have it (add person to a list and send a form to them). Once we are in development on this I will come back and update this post.

I agree! Was just getting ready to post this! A non-form based, completely customizable keyword response--hyperlinks allowed. That would be perfect.

I agree! ALSO - instead of a form, how about the option for a custom link or text to be sent?
