  1. Tithely will only message people using the ‘messaging phone number field’
  2. We are supposed to use Elevanto as the source of truth for data so, we enter new mobile phone numbers in Elevanto in the 'mobile phone' field.
  3. We would then use the ‘import from Elevanto’ feature in Tithely to pull data into Tithely as we add data to Elevanto.
  4. These people would not be messaged in through Tithely because the ‘messaging phone number’ field is never updated by the ‘import from Elevanto’ feature.
There needs to be a way the ‘import from Elevanto’ feature in Tithely would also update the ‘messaging phone number’ field. I was very suprised to hear today that this isn't possible presently. I am even more surprised that no one has mentioned this before. We are new users and this is an immediate glaring issue given how important SMS messaging is today.
