You can actually do this already.... Just use www.yourdomain.org/subscribers and it will take you directly to a screen for the user to add their email to subscribe. In fact, you could redirect that URL to somewhere else to use a third party newsletter, like in Breeze, Elvanto, MailChimp, etc.
