Disable location in "Plan Your Visit" if there's only 1 location

We only have 1 location. People don't need to select a location. It adds an awkward step to "Plan Your Visit" by making people select our one and only location.
Keep the address in the email people receive - that's helpful, but if a church only has one location, don't make people select it.
Same if the church only has one service (which doesn't apply to my congregation, but I know it applies to some congregations).

I agree. It's not clear to users what the next step should be, especially if there is only one location.

On Plan a Visit, people get stuck on the Location page when there is only 1 location. They call us and say "what happened?"
