Events - Ability to set recurring event based on weeks of the month

For example: 
Say you have a sunrise service every 2nd Sunday of the month. It would be great to be able to set events in that manner. 
Similar to Google Calendar options.

It'd be great if this could also support a specific month in the year. For example, at my church, we wish to create a recurring event on our existing Elvanto calendar for a public holiday, which would be accurately described by the Recurrence Rule (from RFC 5545) "RRULE:FREQ=YEARLY;BYMONTH=6;BYDAY=+2MO". Unfortunately, importing a calendar from a different system does not satisfy our use case.

Please allow recurring calendar events on a day of the month not a date. E.G. third Tuesday etc.

This would be very helpful as we have events on the first Friday of the month for example.
