Give attention to Tithe.ly Sites

Considering over 80% visit a church's website before visiting in person, Tithe.ly Sites seems to have been left in the dust. It is very discouraging to see the lack of attentiveness, innovation, updates, and care it receives. I repeatedly check the changelog, reach out for updates from customer support, and watch the Tithe.ly Next events and find only an absence of energy spent on Tithe.ly Sites. Here are just a few issues to which I would love to see some attention given:
- I am witnessing more and more churches using Squarespace, Wix, etc., for their aesthetics far surpass those of Tithe.ly Sites. I'd love to see the same modernization here.
- For a church that has sermons, discipleship classes, testimony videos, and conferences, I can't even separate the content into their own respective categories on a resource library. Instead, they all meld with sermons. This is a feature that Series Engine has been doing for years.
- Their is an extreme lack of functionality with the blocks. You can have body copy under the subheading with "Text with Photo" but not with the "Image Links." There is no way to merely create a two-column layout. You can't use your own provided icons for the "Icons" block, but instead, are restricted to a limited number of outdated icons. You have limited control over simply the number of image photos that you would like per row on the "Image Links" element. And the list goes on...

I completely agree that there needs to be more attention given to Tithe.ly Sites. We are the admin office for more than 40 churches and frequently the first stop for people looking for a local Anglican church. Most people find a church by Googling us. However, we discovered that Tithe.ly Sites are not totally responsive. Some of the images that have been sized for our site don't automatically resize for mobile devices. Tithe.ly Sites should be responsive. Please re-focus on developing Sites. We don't use the app because we have no need for it.

Please give some attention to Tithe.ly site. The last recorded improvement in the change log was in 2021.

Yes, agree with a lot of what you said. It seems that when Tithley Sites bought ChurchOS, the advancement stopped. Wish that we were not part of the Tithley family.

It looks like tithe.ly is still using Bootstrap 3.x for their CSS libraries. Bootstrap 5.x is out now and FAR superior!

Daniel Carlson: Upgrading bootstraps can be difficult. I agree Sites needs attention, but I'd rather prioritize more user features (like getting the Elvanto/Sites calendar integration working!!!!!!!!) over a background upgrade to a new bootstrap.
