Terese Tye Hi. Someone from support told me this was the appropriate place to report bugs in the app. I am an Android user and I am finding quite a few serious bugs in the app as we are launching here. Is there someplace else that I should be going to report these?

If I share them with the help/support folks they seem to just point me to help articles and not understand that I'm trying to be helpful in reporting something that's broken. Thanks for any direction.

Josh Brecht hi - thanks for responding - do you know who in support suggested that? I want to make sure I understand why they would suggest this to you - this space is for feature requests - I am seeing a few more posts that are bugs so I am concerned we have wires crossed on our side. I am pursuing this internally to make sure our team understands these are user impacting bugs that need to be properly triaged and reported to our engineering team.

And just to be clear, I totally get that it takes time to fix bugs and develop the software, so my goal is just to be sure the team knows of the issues so they can put it in the list. Thanks much.

Josh Brecht: thank you for responding - and for your understanding regarding software development. I know for sure this bug is on our team's radar. I see you also have a post about "Join Group Requests do not work on Android" - I am checking with the team to see if that is a known bug.
