in order for the USPS to process bulk mail delivery with an “electronic return service request”, there needs to be a bar code generated. The USPS no longer does a manual return service for mail that needs to be returned to the sender for people who have moved with changed addresses, are deceased or cannot deliver mail to the recipient for any reason. The only way we are able to get this information is by having a barcode printed on our label and then go out to the USPS Business Customer Gateway and generate the online report generated by the bar code with any address changes.
