I would like volunteers to be able to see the full volunteer schedule and select shifts directly in the tool rather than needing an emailed invitation to access the schedule. Right now they can only see the shifts they are already signed up for in the tool or see the full schedule when they receive an emailed invite. This method requires people to take immediate action when receiving an email or keep track of the email to use later. With the number of emails we receive each day, it is easy for such an email to get lost.

We want an option for recurring payments on forms for fee-based ongoing programs. This will allow members to register for a program and automatically set up monthly recurring payments for that specific event. We would like to be able to add the number of recurring payments within forms as well. We would like to use this feature for ongoing programs such as youth events and Sunday school.

It would be nice to add items to the service plan before the event starts, so that it does not impact the event start time. For example, service preparations, like setting up the stage, or audio equipment, coffee, etc. (this functionality exists in Elvanto)

I’m new to breeze and trying to get ready to import my people data. I’m traveling with a phone and iPad (iPadOS 18.3.1). After hours of struggling and discussions with two of your support team members (one from sales and one from imports) it was realized that profile fields can not be added or modified from an iPad. Major issue for me as I work as many hours on the run as I do in the office. Is it possible to change this in the near future? Otherwise, this looks like a great system. Thank you, E. Can we add a Text opt-in field to the list to the left when you are creating a form that would satisfy the government's regulations? This way, it could be added to needed forms. We then could connect it to their profile.

When using event check-in, it would be helpful to further customize the nametags. We serve a large Hispanic and Haitian population, and they have long (or multiple) names. Printing the full name on the nametag makes the name so small it is hard to see. It would be helpful to have the option to only print first names on the nametags.

I would like the ability to have pre-selected options for dropdown, multiple-choice or checkbox form fields. And/or the ability to have default or pre-filled values in text fields.

We have an event setup in our breeze calendar, and need to know how many people are attending. There is not an easy way to do this yet. I have tried using the volunteer sign up feature-- but people get confused by that because they wonder if I am asking them to volunteer.

Would LOVE to see an option to automatically create a follow up from completed forms. 1. Person fills out prayer request form. 2. Follow Up automatically created for Care Team. or 1. Person fill out Connect form. 2. Follow up automatically created for Welcome Ministry.
