Breeze

I love the newsletter template builder in Breeze. We would love to be able to share our newsletters, created in Breeze email, through a link that could be texted or shared out to our social media pages. A lot of people don't check their emails at our church, and they are missing out on our content!

We are onboarding Breeze and are finding that many members need some handholding in the process. To that end we created a role called "Breeze Champions" who have Member level rights plus the ability to edit Member/Friend profile info, opt them in to our directory, take their picture, and upload it to their profile. We found that sometimes an emailed invitation or username/password setup email from Breeze is not received by the member due to the email going to spam/junk, the email being blocked, or due to a sending issue on Tithe.ly 's end. To avoid frustration when this happens, only a person with Full Admin rights can access the member's profile and manually input a username/password for them. That info is then shared with the user and the user is able to access Breeze immediately with no further email interaction with Breeze. We have 10 "Breeze Champions" but only a couple of full admins. We want these 10 helpers to be able to perform their current functions (above) but have the additional ability to manually assign a username/password to a profile when it seem appropriate to lower new user frustration and get them logged in without further complexity. We DO NOT want our Breeze Champions to be able to elevate permissions, change their own or other people's roles, or see confidential financial information such as donation history, or pledging amount, or to view any personnel information like background checks and such. If this is currently possible by manipulating role permissions for our "Breeze Champions" please let me know how to accomplish this. From what I can see iIt doesn't appear to be possible without the addition of a new feature to allow it.

Would love the ability to play the recordings associated with a setlist without having to go into each song.

Our church has multiple "unassociated" contributions every week. Well over 90% of these are because the givers write Drive (vs. Dr.), Road (vs. Rd.), Lane (vs Ln) or Apartment (vs. Apt.). Please update Breeze to recognize these everyday nuances. Your IT department should be able to create a filter that requires an exact address match, with these four exceptions: When Drive is written, accept Drive or Dr.; when Road is written, accept Road or Rd.; when Lane is written, accept Lane or Ln; when Apartment is written, accept Apartment or Apt.

When creating an event in Breeze calendar - you have to scroll through the entire day in 5 minute increments. Please, oh please, give us a better time picker!! The time picker in Tithe.ly events is wonderful!!! Please bring that over to Breeze! I spend so much time in my day scrolling up and down the list of times!!!!

It would be helpful to expand the automation options to apply to form entries. We have a form that people fill out every week to receive diapers from one of our ministries and the number of entries has gotten quite high. Currently I would need to manually go through and archive over a thousand entries. When it would be a simple feature to make it possible to select more than one form at a time for archival, or even make it an automation process to archive entries that are more than X days old.

We currently have another word document where we save templates for emails requesting help. It would be great if they could be saved in breeze like the email area so that we wouldn't have to spend so much time and go outside of Breeze to store the templates. Thanks1

Currently in the Event Volunteer section, if an event is recurring and you set the Role leader for a specific role it is that same role leader for that recurring event. Just like we are able to set a specific schedule for the volunteers within that role, we need the ability to set a specific schedule for the different role leaders. We have 4 different welcome teams and 2 different children's ministry rotations with different role leaders, and we want the different "role leaders" and get notifications when their team is RSVP'ing etc. Currently this is not possible. The ability to set different role leaders for different roles from week to week, just like we do for the different volunteers when scheduling them, would take a lot of work off of me the admin to communicate to the different role leaders when people are RSVPing etc.

In Volunteer Management to be able to create a general link in Invite Mode to send out via email for people to sign up. The current way is there is a unique link sent to each individual so when they sign up it knows who they are etc. But having the ability to have a general link that is sent out in our weekly emails for people to click and sign up would be huge!

Currently, "AND" logic can be used for filtering with profile fields. Can that logic be added for tags? It seems you can get AND logic if you want to use one tag and one profile field to filter. But not when you are filtering with two tags.
