We are onboarding Breeze and are finding that many members need some handholding in the process. To that end we created a role called "Breeze Champions" who have Member level rights plus the ability to edit Member/Friend profile info, opt them in to our directory, take their picture, and upload it to their profile. We found that sometimes an emailed invitation or username/password setup email from Breeze is not received by the member due to the email going to spam/junk, the email being blocked, or due to a sending issue on Tithe.ly 's end. To avoid frustration when this happens, only a person with Full Admin rights can access the member's profile and manually input a username/password for them. That info is then shared with the user and the user is able to access Breeze immediately with no further email interaction with Breeze. We have 10 "Breeze Champions" but only a couple of full admins. We want these 10 helpers to be able to perform their current functions (above) but have the additional ability to manually assign a username/password to a profile when it seem appropriate to lower new user frustration and get them logged in without further complexity. We DO NOT want our Breeze Champions to be able to elevate permissions, change their own or other people's roles, or see confidential financial information such as donation history, or pledging amount, or to view any personnel information like background checks and such. If this is currently possible by manipulating role permissions for our "Breeze Champions" please let me know how to accomplish this. From what I can see iIt doesn't appear to be possible without the addition of a new feature to allow it.
