Daily Birthday Emails to Business to Reach out to Members

Can a new "Notification" be created where I can get any birthdays that are on that day, be sent to me? In other words I would like to be able to contact our people personally on their birthday and an email to me as a reminder would be nice. Maybe I can be CC'd when a birthday notice is sent out by Breeze?

I reached out to Breeze and they recommended I ask the Development team to see if they can make up a Daily Report. I know about and get the Monthly Report but if I could get a CC of the emails being sent by Breeze on birthdays that would be great.
