Ability to edit unavailability

Nice as it is to add unavailability for another member, there doesn't appear to be a way to alter the assignment. Deletion appears to be the only way to remove which is fine if you want to make someone available again but it would be useful if the capability to alter dates was added.

Yes, please! It would be very nice to have the ability to edit an unavailability submission after it's already been submitted.

This would be so useful.

Often a Team Leader will get an update to somebody's availability verbally in an email, and the person doesn't change their own unavailability details. Would be great to be able to edit it for somebody, rather than just delete.

Just went to see if I could update availability for some people as an admin. It would be great to add this option in the 'people' category or somewhere. I've got some seniors that use it for the basics and am trying to accommodate them as much as possibly. So, many times i will get a verbal unavailability and would love to add it in quick myself.

Hi David - what you describe is already possible... you just need to be assigned the correct permissions.
It's under People &gt; Volunteers &gt; Unavailable Volunteers then 'Add Unavailability'
What we're loking for in this request is to be able to edit unavailability that he been added (either by the person or an admin) after the fact.
