Here in Pennsylvania, all child workers must have certain state clearances. It would be great if I could upload pdf's of those clearances to a person's profile, so that when they log in to Elvanto, they can view and download those clearances.

The same would be true for committee minutes. I could upload minutes to a person's profile. That way, when a person leaves a committee, they could retain the minutes for the time they were a part of the committee, but they would not receive new minutes. As such, this would be a better method than, say, attaching minutes (pdfs) to a Group.
