Add option to automatically send SMS as an action with forms

At the moment when creating or editing a form, one of the action options available is to automatically send an email. It would be very helpful to have a similar option available to automatically send an SMS when a form is submitted.

Second this, I was just about to raise this as a feature. This would be very helpful as we use forms to add new people into the database when checking in with kids.
