COVID restrictions are not likely to go away for some time. Currently, Churches are permitted to have full capacity seating if they have an allocated seating booking system that can identify who sits where - a bit like aeroplane allocated seating. I currently use an allocated seating booking tool called "Try Booking" for this purpose. This tool allows me to map out our own Church auditorium seating plan, apply seating rows and seat numbers and then create a Worship Service even, I then send the link to members - the members go online to book in for themselves and family members; I print the list for sign-in on the day - this also produces a QR code to register attendance on the day via their mobile phones, or I can scan their ticket QR code. I also print out the seating plan showing all booked and vacant seats, on the morning prior to the Service and anyone who turns up anannounced gets allocated an available seat. This product is powerful but very user friendly. I didn't need any training to use it. It gives me a report on who attended, etc - probably worth while looking into to add this feature - check out "Try Booking". Thanks, Wendy
