Alternative Emails to improving syncing people from Tithe.ly Giving
Hello, We have members who have more than one email that they use on a regular basis. These members also use multiple giving platforms through Tithely. When that happens, depending on which email they use if it's not the one that is already in their general profile, it will create a whole new account which makes our membership skewed. Would like to know if you would allow an alternative email address space so that if they use a secondary email that it would be linked to their account and not create a whole new account. To have to continually go in and merge accounts for them to be recreated has been a task that has taken too much valuable time from working other ministry projects. Please advise. We use Tithely on our website, the text to give feature, and on our personal Tithely App if that helps. It's all Tithe'ly. Thanks!
