Only show discount codes if there are discount codes for an event.
We have an event with no discount codes, and the registration form is showing a discount code box.
We feel that some people may feel they are getting ripped off when everyone is paying the same price.

This update has now been made! 
Now the discount box will only show if event has a discount configured on the Registration tab setting (and so long as the event isn’t free of course). 
Hope that helps!

Would love to see this changed. As I don't want to give the wrong idea to attendees to events that there are discount codes available to others (when there isn't). It doesn't create a great precedent to our event when some people think they are paying full price when they think there is a discount available to others. Thanks you for considering this change.

OR just make it much less obvious and in a less prominent spot. We have discount codes for staff and presenters to register at no charge - but don't offer any to the regular public - and we get lots of questions. Unfortunately, people are easily confused. And if they think they're missing out on a deal - they can get mean!

Yes, hoping this gets changed in the future, where it's not default to show; only if one exists.

Yes. we have the same problem here. We are expecting to sell around 700 tickets. I will have to answer a lot of questions if even 1/2 of the participants ask for a discount code...
