Event task lists

I too would appreciate the option to add approx 20 'Task' tabs in each Event detailing individual tasks to be completed, who needs to complete them and the date they need to be completed relative to the event - eg. 1 month/week/day prior or after.
This would mean when the event was duplicated the following year, all those tasks would trigger at the appropriate time and would be a great help for successful handover of events/ministries.

Sabrina Sherman: Yes. For small group events: 1. Confirm location and time; 2. List necessary items such as chairs, tables, audio/video; 3. Meal/snack provisions; 4. Announcements for service; 5. Posting; 6. Send out reminders. Etc.
For every type of event there is always a recurring list of things to be covered, things that might need to be added to or adjusted with experience. Rather than dropping the ball on anything, it would be very helpful to just have a dropdown option during event creation for adding a flow from the available flow list that is appropriate to the event type.

Stephen Behrman: Interesting idea! If/when we update our Events space (we are focusing on some other pain points right now with Dymo Printers in particular among some other things), we can explore what this might look like. I'd love to really give our events area a major facelift and update.
