It would be a lot more useful if the Custom Report tool was more complete. We would really like to be able to add header and footer sections with the Header supporting multiple title lines (different fonts and weights) and the footer supporting free text, insertion of page numbers, dates etc. It would be helpful to be able to set the column widths too.

We need to submit reports to external organisations and they need to be well formatted. Generating a PDF seemed like a good option but without these features it can't be used. Instead, we are going to need to export as a CSV file then manually do all the formatting in a spreadsheet.
