When making a Group Attendance Report, there is a section on the same page down the bottom where you can add notes.
We have been adding our visitor names here, so we can do our best to adhere to Aust. Government requirements for children attendance reporting. Please note that creating a new profile for every visitor is NOT feasible.
However, apparently this note section DOES NOT link to the correlating Group Attendance Report date. Instead, it records the date the information is entered. Therefore, if I enter my attendance data at the end of the term, my visitor notes DO NOT link to the correct dates when term reports are generated, which is required by government mandates.
