We would love to be able to have an app that would serve as an electronic music stand where musicians can switch between songs with one swipe like turning a page, and pre-download sheet music or lyrics or personal song notes they make during rehearsal. These are attached to their account/device so that they can see their preferred lyric/sheet/notes whenever they do that song. Then during the service they can go live and all the music stands are synced to go to the next song at the same time when prompted.
I know that Planning Center Online has this feature and since we switched from PCO to Elvanto, it has made our musicians do extra work without this feature.

Anna Navarro: the app definitely needs some work. Zoom settings are reset on each switch to another page. Only 1 page at a time can be displayed. Can't zoom on lyric pages. A lot of the screen is covered by the big arrow buttons. It would be nice to swipe between pages or use arrow keys on a keyboard. There's more, I forget.
Looking forward to seeing this app more full featured soon.

2 Things that are big obstacles as a worship leader using Tithe.ly worship.
- It cannot display 2 pages at once in landscape
- It does not work with a page turner/foot switch
So its impossible to turn pages unless you stop playing your instrument to press the next page button (Im on solo acoustic worship leading sometimes). That can be extremely jarring to worship.
Of course you can get someone else to control the pages from there device, but someones that will desync, or whoever is controlling the page turn may put it on to the wrong page.
I imagine if this were fixed, then there would be much more take up of elvanto/tithely
Are there any plans to implement these features?

Anna Navarro: Hi Anna, I am attempting to integrate Music Stand from Songselect into our church's Elvanto account. I clicked on the link above, but it takes me to the financial part and I don't see anything about song lists or worship related things. I would appreciate any guidance so that I can switch my teams to digital and have the ability to each have the same songlists on our tablets with swiping, etc. I am used to using Planning Center but now am needing to navigate my way around Elvanto as Worship Coordinator. Thanks in advance!

Ben Sinclair: Yes, please make haste. I just transferred as a Worship Pastor to another church. Coming from PCO to Elvanto, I am feeling pretty ham-stringed with the way that Elvanto/Tithe.ly is currently oriented as far as service prep and music stand goes. Also I am really struggling to figure out how to navigate and print rehearsal books. Please Help!

My Senior Pastor has asked me to move from Planning Centre to Elvanto so we have everything in the one place. It functions very similar to Planning Centre but the thing I dont like is the lack of having the Music Stand app where our nusicians can download their songs for the service and mover easily between them. And yes I know they could each pay for an app but I dont want to have to do that. Please Elvanto listen to us and provide this feature for our Worship Teams. Thanks

We still have to use Planning Center because there's no ability in CHMS to present the lyrics and chords sheets to the worship leader during the live service. It's gonna be difficult to get churches to transition over to the CHMS Services platform if there's no ability for a worship leader to use Services when they are live. Please add ability to view all song/chord sheets in a service, and make the pages flippable with a tap or click or a bluetooth device.

In Planning Centre you can 'export all service songs as PDF'. This means all the music is exported for the service in one PDF in the order of songs that you can just swipe through as you go, without manually having to go in and out of each song etc as it is as the moment.

Jared Proellocks: We already offer this option. When viewing the service in the roster there's an option under "Print" to "Print Songs" that does exactly this.

- None of it accessible from the app
- You can only print lyrics and chords you have inputted. When you select ‘include attached files’ then it includes all the attached files, and the lyric/chord sheet as well.
- Cant select attached files only

Jim Becker: With apps like OnSong, you'd be best to contact them and ask for the integration on there end as well. We've made a lot of this information available via our API, and they are able to pull it.
