As the calendar scheduler for the church, I want to have the option to create a repeating event based when a day of the week falls in the month.

For example:

* We have groups that meet on the first and third Tuesdays of the month (which is different than "every two weeks.")

* Other groups meet on the second and fourth Sundays of the month.

* We have events scheduled on the second Sunday of the month.

* One prayer group meets the first Wednesday of the month. (There are many more examples.)

Currently, the only way to do this is to copy each individual event and correct the dates manually. It is very time-consuming.
