In our worship service, we ask people to scan a QR code to fill in a brief form (first and last name, bullet for visitor and email submission) to check-in to the worship service. We would like that form to link to the Service Check-In feature and connect to member profiles. We would also like the person who signs in to review that form to be able to check people in who were not able to be linked to a profile.

The check-in feature provides a lot of informative demographic info that we would like to track. We would like to simplify the check-in process on both front end and back end.
