Sorting Umlauts in persons name properly

In German there is a rule on how to sort Umlauts (ÄÖÜß) in names:these are treated as if they qould be replaces by:
ä = aeö = oeü = ueÄ = AeÖ = OeÜ = Ueß = ss
and then sorted alphabetically.
Elvanto currently sorts people with Umlauts first, like:
Dörr, KatharinaDammer, RobinDeser, SigridDust, Karin
But it should sort
Dammer, RobinDeser, SigridDörr, KatharinaDust, Karin

The People BETA should be sorting correctly.
We will not be making changes to the old People Area, as it will just be replaced with the BETA system once it's out of BETA, and once that's done we'll be able to make custom Reports work on the same system as the People BETA.
Built In Reports will need to be individually rebuilt though unfortunately, so those will take longer.

Glad to say we've made progress.
If you check out our new Beta People tool, this sorts people correctly.
We are yet to apply this to reports and other areas though.
