Many of the search features - reports, widgets, etc - have the ability to search "this" or "previous" calendar year. Which is great.
Many congregations that I know have a lot of things that run on a program year that is different from the calendar year. In the US, usually this is September (Labor Day) to May (Memorial Day), or basically August 1 to August 1, following the US school year.
It would be nice if in settings we could specify a program year and then in searches and widgets view data by either calendar year or program year. Because for youth group, I really want to be comparing the 2020-2021 program year to the 2019-2020 program year, not the 2020 calendar year to the 2019 calendar year.
