In Canada any volunteer working with children has to have a police record check on file. There needs to be a way to track if this requirement has been met, and if it is still valid (ie having an expiry date to attach to the requirement, with reminders!)

Currently I can scan and attach the completed PRC to the individuals record, but there is no way to search those attachments or check the dates on the upload to estimate expiry.
