I agree. The Bank Deposit Report Format in v1.0 was user friendly and had all the information that is needed on one screen and was easy to download. One stop shopping vs multiple clicks and screens. V2.0 takes much longer and is harder to use.

I concur. The new report takes a few extra steps to get the same information where the old was just a click on the email notification and downloading the statements.
I import the CSV into my tool and now requires multiple steps but now has different column headings and missing User ID field (which I hear is deprecated).
Now I have to click on the link in the email, clicking on transactions, choosing a saved view, creating a filter with both an on or after date and on or before date (why are both required?), adding a filter for the payment type, click export, update the payment type filter, click export.

For my purposes, I just really preferred the old bank deposit format. With the new one, it appears that I need to toggle between screens to get the info I need. Since I last posted, I am more familiar with 2.0 so that I can toggle between screens to get the info I need:) However, as of yet, I don't see how I can print a concise bank deposit summary/transaction report like I did with 1.0.
The 1.0 format contained a summary and transaction details that I could print and use for my accounting purposes; and it could be printed on one piece of paper. So far, I don't see that conciseness (i.e., date, name, email, gross, net, fund) to be easily printable with 2.0. If it is, and I'm simply overlooking it, please let me know.
Thanks for all ya'll's hard work! Everybody has their own way of doing things and try as you might, you can't check off all our boxes all the time;)

Broadway Church: Hi there! We have recently made a really big update to our Bank Deposits area to achieve some of the things you have listed here. I have another Feedback ticket called, "Export new Bank Deposit as PDF" which I also think you would like here. I was hoping you could take a look around Bank Deposits and see if this is accomplishing some or most of what you were hoping it would do!

Hi Broadway Church! I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the new format. The great news is that we are actively updating the new dashboard based on feedback now that all churches are logging into the new dashboard. Note that we met with many churches to try to ensure that the new dashboard would meet the needs of as many churches as possible, but it was also impossible to get it perfect for everyone.
Could you please list out what needs to have from the new Deposit section so that we can update it for you? For instance, are you needing more info the Deposit, the donors, or something else?
Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback!
