If a certain fund is selected, allow the memo field to appear on the print out to the giver.

Issue - we have too many fund types, so we instruct our givers to use the memo field to break their amounts (ex: gave $100 - Miss $50, Benv $25, Tit $25)

They really need to see what they gave the monies for on the receipt to the giver,

so if they select PUT IN MEMO - WHO, WHERE, AMOUNT.

The memo/note field will print on the receipt.
