One of the reasons we switched from PayPal was to offer the capability to give directly from the donor bank account. We'd appreciate if Bank Account could be the default option displayed.

Currently in the giving form, the default donation method is credit card. There is no way to customize the default donation method.

Suggest to provide an option to customize the default donation method other than credit card.

Donation link on our webpage automatically checks the option for credit card. This should be a neutral, equal choice between credit card and bank account. The link should also clearly explain the fees associated with using a credit card vs bank account.

Agreed - we primarily input our tithes/gifts manually and we have only checks or cash. Would be nice to choose the default option

Please add the ability for Canadians to use e-transfer and debit cards in Tithe.ly. Credit cards charge a large processing fee. We want everyone to be on board with the Tithe.ly pay platform!

I understand and support your desire to have the bank account as the default. I would like to bring to your attention though that a bank account transaction can take as long as 10 days to be deposited in your account. I wouldn't want to encourage the bank account option for my members until the transaction time could be shortened.

Agreed. Our church offers a periodic course on family finances, and the thing the course probably stresses the most is avoiding the use of credit cards. But as others have pointed out, it seems as if Tithely steers people directly to credit cards. I realize Tithely offers people a choice, but it's sort of like the choice that a host might offer an alcoholic as they set an alcoholic drink down in front of him. Please consider a minor design change to help those who have a hard time managing their credit. It might not be best for your finances. But in my opinion, it's certainly the right thing to do. Thank you for your consideration.

Please consider allowing the default funding source to be configurable so that either Card or Bank may be set as the default. And also allow the position relative position (order) of the buttons to be configurable. We would like the ability to set Bank as the default and to make it the 1st or left-most option

We are still waiting here in Australia to even have the option to give from a bank account.
