Bank Deposit Report

I would prefer a monthly report indicating a fund summary per deposit with all the relevant transaction details. Even a printable report would be helpful, but ideally this would be in a format that I could then link to QBO or quickly import. Seeing one at a time in a back and forth click-heavy model is not helpful. At the very least it would be helpful to have a "click through" format.

Sorry that we didn't update Canny when this feature was released in 2020. Our new Reports area in Giving allows you to create a Filter of Bank Deposits for a given time period. Then you can use the "Summary" tool in the top right corner to display or print a great looking deposit report!
If you need any assistance with this, just ask our support team!

Would like to have each bank deposit with details available to be downloaded in .pdf format in addition to .csv. Also to be able to filter what info gets populated into that report.

A monthly report indicating a fund summary per deposit with all the relevant transaction details would be much appreciated. Right now reconciling with the bank is cumbersome.

I don't know why Tithe.ly doesn't have a monthly statement like our bank and PayPal has! Please add this to things you need to do!

Yes, reconciling with the bank statement at the end of the month has been very difficult! We need a printable report with bank deposits as they will appear on the bank statement so they can be entered into QB before reconciling with bank.

Yes, we need this too. Currently have to download the detail to a spreadsheet and manipulate it so the deposits can be booked correctly

We prefer to have multiple transactions consolidated into weekly deposits. (Otherwise bank reconciliation becomes a much longer process.) However, the fact that there are still multiple deposits that come in at the same date and time (one for banking, one for credit cards) makes it difficult to do proper financial entries (Quickbooks, etc) using the downloaded reports.

We need this for our treasurer who only want to see the bank deposits, but not individual donor information. A monthly report would be fine.
