Currency sign to be related to the Country

We have been informed that the $ currency sign cannot be changed to the £ currency sign and to feedback here so that the developers can provide a solution. It is disappointing that this is not already something that can be changed, as currently it confuses our donors, or stops people from giving as they think it is in $ which could incur a conversion fee. Can this be developed and sorted on the Tithe.ly product asap? Especially as we have been asked to encourage others to get the product in other churches/ministries in the UK. I look forward to receiving a response. Jacqui Heslop, UK

Campaign currency symbol

My local currency is Japanese Yen, and my giving form has the yen symbol, since our transactions are in yen. However, when I create a giving campaign/pledge, the currency symbol is a dollar sign, which makes this feature unusable. Please make it so the currency symbols are both yen.

FYI on the giving page for the end user there is a pound sign.
We receive in pounds (verified in quickbooks) via the numbers.
I’ve added our accountant as an administrator and he sees the summary as $ with GBP in brackets.
I just see the $ sign... no GBP.
Just is a bit confusing when it’s actually in pounds but displays as a dollar sign and we automatically think US dollar amount and then think ‘what’s that in pounds’.
Our locations is set as London, uk and postcode etc all correct as far as I can see.
Seems to be a bug.

Yes, I agree, this would be really helpful. At the moment it is inconsistent; in some places it appears correctly as £, in other places the same transaction is shown with a $ symbol. In particular on the tax receipts and mobile app the record of the transaction appears as $. I don't really want to publicise the use of Tithe.ly until this is fixed as this inconsistency will undermine people's confidence in what otherwise appears to be an excellent product. Thank you.
