Downloading the giving report in 1.0 was so simple. The giving was in columns together - total, fees, net - and the items contained in the report were those that were needed. I have held out as long as possible, but of late it is not accurate, so I have been forced to use the 2.0 version which is very clunky. The giving (amount, net, fees) are separated, they are not formatted correctly, and since the report also includes failed transactions - which are not relevant - it has to be further adjusted once downloaded. It would be so much easier if your updates included the items that worked well from prior versions. I realize the intent was likely to improve, but it is much more difficult now.

I also agree. We must have reports that show fund totals that are easy to generate. Excel reports require so much extra formatting. I find Tithey reports to be lacking.

I completely agree. Even though you have the option to 'save' your reports, all the formatting changes I made do not get saved and I have to re-format it every week. As of June 2024 the option so filter by 'Deposit Date' was removed from Tithe.ly 2.0 so I have had to go back to the Tithe.ly 1.0 report and hope that it is accurate.
