With the upgrade to the Giving form 2.0 the integration with the Giving Block fund selection no longer works. Here is the text from the help pages.

IMPORTANT: The Giving Block fund selection is only compatible with the old (legacy) Giving form, it is not compatible with the new (2.0) Giving Form. To ensure fund selection works, the Giving Fund name must match the fund name (Giving Type) setup within your legacy Tithe.ly Giving account. Again, fund selection is only applicable when using the legacy Giving form.
